Refund and Returns Policy

Payment & Refund Policy

Investment in Your Dog’s Health

When you invest in a Nacho Average Dog Health Coach program, discovery call, or consultation, you are reserving dedicated time, expertise, and personalized resources prepared specifically for you and your dog. For this reason, all payments are
non-refundable.

This is consistent with industry-wide standards for health and wellness coaching. Results depend on active participation, honest communication, and follow-through — all of which are in your hands as much as mine.

Transfers: Our Flexible Option

While payments cannot be refunded, they are transferable under the following conditions:

  • Transfer to another program: Your payment may be applied as credit toward a different NADHC program or service of equal or lesser value. Upgrades to a higher-value program require payment of the difference.
  • Transfer to another person: You may gift your session or program to another dog guardian. Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance so we can prepare accordingly. The new client must complete a fresh intake form prior to their first session.

All transfers must be requested in writing via email and are subject to availability. Credits do not expire but must be used within 12 months of the original payment date.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled without a new booking fee.
  • Sessions cancelled with 24–48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability.
  • No-shows forfeit the session entirely.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at su*****@************************ch.com.

If Life Gets in the Way

We understand that emergencies happen — both human and canine. If something unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible. While we cannot issue refunds, we will always do our best to work with you on rescheduling within reason.

Results Disclaimer

Nacho Average Dog Health Coach services are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute veterinary medical advice or treatment. Results vary based on the individual dog’s health status, the implementation of recommendations, and ongoing veterinary care. We strongly encourage all clients to work collaboratively with their veterinarian.
